Our outpatient multidisciplinary facility in Annandale, VA focuses on Adult and Pediatric Therapy. We pride ourselves for providing excellent one-on-one care to the members of our community.

We are currently in need of a Full-Time Licensed Physical Therapist/Physical Therapy Assistant willing to work 11am-7pm M-Th and 9am-5pm Fridays with a diverse population of Adult and Pediatric clients with Orthopedic and Neurological diagnoses. Experience is a plus. New Grads welcome.

Physical Therapist qualifications and skills:

Valid State Physical Therapist License (Required)
CPR/First Aid (Nice to have)
New Grads welcome
We provide mentoring and traineeship to foreign graduates
DUTIES: Review patients’ medical history. Provide physical exam; Conduct initial evaluation, Progress Reports, Reassessments. Provide Musculoskeletal Treatment, Diagnoses. Develop Individualized treatment plans in compliance with MD orders and Insurance Guidelines. Outline clear goals with expected outcomes, incorporating patients’ stated goals, using excercises, Stretches, Equipment and Hands-On-Manual Therapy to manage patients’ pain, Increase Mobility, while preventing more pain and injury. Establish Individualized Home Exercise Plans and Discharge Plans. Record Patients’ progress and modify care as needed based on continuous assessments. Educate Patients, Family Members/Parents about Recovery Process. Incorporate Interdisciplinary Model of Care for managing Patients’ Treatment and Progress.
